广东民营企业国际化路径选择研究 摘要 改革开放以来, 广 东 对 外 贸 易 的 发 展 在 全 国 独 树 一 帜, 其中 民 营 企 业 对 广 东 对外 经济与贸易 的发展 起着重要的推动作用。 在参与国际化竞争的过程中, 广东 民营企业积极 实施国际化战略 ,参与对外出口 贸易,开辟国外投资道路 。 本文运用 新-新 贸易理 论对广东 省民营 企业的 发展模式 和路径 选择进 行了深 入分析。 首先 , 本文 利 用全要素生产率的计算方式 得出部分广东上市民营企业的 生产率, 并验证 生产率 与出口贸 易成正 比的关 系,从而 验证新-新贸 易理论。其 次 ,利用 广东省 民营企 业的时间 序列数 据, 经 过实证检 验和分 析,利 用“临近- 集中”模型分析广东省民营企业在不同情况下对出口贸易和对外直接 投资的选 择。根据结论可知, 影 响 广 东 省 民 营 企 业 的 出 口 和 直 接 投 资 比 例 的 主 要 因 素 有 FDI 的沉没成本、 关税水平和经济发展水平。 论文的最后一章总结了理论和实证 分析的结果,针对不同的结论进行有关说明和建议。 关键词: 新-新贸易理论;民营企业 ;国际化路径;出口 贸易;FDI I Abstract With Chinas rapid economic development and expand of foreign trade, the development of foreign trade in Guangdong Province is unique in the country. Private enterprises in Guangdong Province have an important role in promoting foreign trade and economic development in Guangdong. In the process of implementation of the going out strategy, private enterprises in Guangdong Province have actively developed the export trade, expanded overseas investment channels, and participated in international competition directly This essay conducts theoretical analysis and empirical research of the development of private enterprises and the mode of internationalization of private enterprises in Guangdong Province, and uses the New-New trade theory for in-depth analysisFirstly, this essay calculates the total factor productivity of part of the listed private enterprises in Guangdong, and verifies the New-New trade theory by testing the positive correlation between productivity and export trade Secondly, this essay uses the time-series data of private enterprises in Guangdong Province for how to weigh the regression analysis on the relationship between exports and foreign direct investment and estimation.
