AbstractThis Abstract This thesis aims at the large amount of power equipment and complex operation and the artificial misoperation accident Occurs in electric power system．in the paper，a portable supervision for operating is developed based on RFID．The existed two tickets system is expanded to a closed-loop system combining software and hardware．The stronger system Can restrict the behavior of working personnel，and ensure the execution of two tickets by technical means，but not rules and regulations． The hardware of system includes RC53 1 card reader，W77E58 microprocessor and peripheral circuit．Peripheral circuit includes LCD，electrical inspection，alarming device with sound and light，communication interface circuit and clock circuit．Metal thin layer is adopted as shell and lining material in order to restrain electromagnetic interference．The system can identify the operated power equipment，test electricity， display and store equipment nanle and time．Before operating to device，it can check the device which runs in operation-ticket procedure，electricity testing for device．So it call make sure that operations strictly follow the content of operation-ticket．At operation scene，holding the hardware as defending setting，operators use technology to make sure the goal of five mis．operation functions and preventing false operation of operators to be attained． The software of system Can input operating iraformation from two tickets into a management program，which will communicate with the hardware and exchange data． The paper systematically studis MF RC53 1，RFID，J2EE and ADO．A portable supervision for operating is developed Suitable for operation scene．Besides，working together with two tickets software system of electric power，it Can radically prevent accident．The system Can be easily extended for other equipment management system，and has a wide application prospect． -n． 摘要Keywords： 摘要 Keywords： Radio Frequency Identification；Radio Frequency Identification； mis-operation preve
