广东工业大学硕士学位论文Abstract 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract From the”Kyoto Protocol”to”Bali agreement”，C02 emission control has always been concerned about the issue for the international community．The EU and other developed countries in the global climate governance performance are very positive，one of its aims is to seize this opportunity to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide to put pressure on China and other developing countries，in an attempt to form a new international competitiveness on the world political and economic stage and gain the right to speak．Meanwhile，the domestic carbon trading market is about to open，foreign carbon tariff barriers have become increasingly frequent．In the background of low-carbon economy，how to achieve sustainable development of Guangdong’S foreign trade has become a key issue．This paper focuses on this problem by theoretical analysis and empirical research on sustainable development path and countermeasures under low carbon background in Guangdong’S foreign trade as a research and exploration． The paper has studied the low-carbon economy explanation，carbon trading，carbon taxes and carbon tariffs and other elements of the concept of carbon,followed by re—introduction of the Element Theory，gradient theory,and ecological factors comparative advantage model as well．On the basis of previous studies on the combination of qualitative analysis according to the Guangdong provincial foreign trade situation to the status quo and the status quo development of low-carbon economic development in Guangdong multi—angle， the author points out that Guangdong’S foreign trade needs some reformation and innovation in order to get better trade structure and development，which Can help to improve the economic structure and industrial structure Adjustment．Sustainable development of foreign trade is conducive to enhancing the security of the independent economic development of Guangdong，Guangdong’S foreign trade but also help to enhance the international competitiveness of
