The effectsofwagon wheelweb loads on crack growth rate have been analyzed and it is explained that the probability ofcrack growth rate can be characterized by crack grow th parameterQ. Then the uncertain formula of crack growth rate has been established. s an example, several fracture surfaces ofwagon wheelweb hole cracks have been analyzed to introduce themethod for fractographic retroestmi ating probability ofcrack growth rate. The results of fractographic retroestmi ationwell agreew ith that of computational smi ulation.
