NET 、Javascript 、Css 和HTML 技术，开发康复信息化平台。通过在综合医院康复医学科的实际应用，对平台及其业 务模式进行验证。 结果：经过1年的运行，所建平台全面嵌入康复业务流程，实现日程安排无纸化、治疗方案ICF 框架化、治疗记录数 字化和设备维护自动化，并初步在教学和科研方向实现平台模块延伸。 结论：康复信息化平台可以实现综合医院康复医学科的医疗、教学和科研管理一体化，并且可对专业服务实现持续 记录、追踪和改进，具有优化康复服务，升级行业生态的远景价值。 关键词 康复医学；信息管理；国际功能、残疾和健康分类；国际疾病分类 中图分类号：R492 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001-1242（2019 ）-02-0125-08 Exploratory design and demonstration of rehabilitation information system based on International Classifi⁃ cation of Functioning, Disability and Health/LIN Feng, JIANG Zhongli//Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine, 2019, 34(2): 125—132 Abstract: Objective: To implant the framework of International Classification of Function, Disability and Health (ICF) in- to the rehabilitation-service-based information management platform. Method: By considering methodological features and analyzing logical properties in the field of rehabilitation medicine, we designed fundamentals for informatization. This novel information platform was built and written on ASP.NET, Javascript, CSS and HTML website languages. We made the schemes without paperwork, pro- posed the therapeutic strategies under the ICF framework, recorded the therapeutic procedures in the digital for- mat, and managed the devices in an automatic method.
