西安交通大学城市学院本科生毕业设计（论文） 目录 PAGE IV PAGE IV PAGE I PAGE I 摘要 PAGE II 摘 要 特许经营作为一种现代经营方式，经实践证明是许多餐饮企业走向成功的捷径。现在，特许经营模式在我国餐饮业得到了迅速的发展。但是由于我国餐饮业特许经营发展的时间尚短，仍然存在诸多问题没有解决，有碍我国餐饮企业的成长、壮大。 本文对我国餐饮企业的特许经营发展进行了针对性的分析，并针对各项问题提出了切实可行的策略和建议。本文首先对特许经营进行了概述，此部分主要介绍了特许经营的概念、特点及其基本类型；其次，以餐饮业为特定的行业，阐述我国餐饮业特许连锁经营的现状，深入分析我国餐饮业特许连锁经营在发展过程中存在的问题；再次，结合当代中国具体的国情详细阐述我国发展特许连锁经营所要采取的对策与方法；最后，对本文所做的主要研究工作及结论作简要概述。 关键词：餐饮业,特许经营,问题，对策 ABSTRACK ABSTRACK Franchising as a modern management method, has been proven by the practice is the shortcut for catering enterprises to get success. Now, the franchise model develops rapidly in China's catering industry. However, due to short time of the development of China's catering industry, there are still many problems have not solved and impede the development of our country's catering industry. This paper makes analysis of the environment of the development of catering enterprise and put forward practical strategies. Firstly, this paper depicts the causes and significance of selecting the catering franchise as this paper's theme, that is to say, the catering franchise can not only improve the chance of the investors to be successful, more important, it will be conductive to China's national economy's stable development; Then, it introduces its concepts and types and development status of the franchise; Secondly, this paper represents the problems of China's defects and corresponding countermeasures; Again, in order to have a more detailed understanding of the contents of our country's catering franchise enterprise. Little sheep, for example, is described in this context about its current situation; Then this paper analyses its advantages and disadvantages and disadvantages' settlement proposals; Finally, the paper makes a conclusion.
