不同染色体组倍性水稻在谷粒性状上的差异比较.PDFVIP

DOI :10.15933/ki .1004 -3268.2009.10.013 河南农业科学 ＊ 黄雅琴,黄群策 ,赵帅鹏 ( , 450052) :以3 份同源四倍体水稻和3 份相应的二倍体水稻为材料, 对其8 个谷粒性状、蛋白质含量和 直链 粉含量进行了差异性比较, 通过对谷粒性状间的相关性分析,进 一步比较了不同染色体组倍 性水稻之间的差异性。结果表明, 除了谷粒容重的增减幅度不存在很大差异之外, 同源四倍体水稻 与相应的二倍体水稻在其他性状的差异性大部分都达到了极显著水平。谷粒体积的变化最大,其 次是单粒重。染色体组加倍后,谷粒性状间的相关性发生了变化, 对单粒重贡献最大的谷粒性状有 的发生了改变, 有的虽然没变,但相关性水平发生了变化。蛋白质含量的增幅(18.52%)比直链 粉的增幅(2.53 %)更明显。 :同源四倍体水稻;谷粒性状;遗传差异;营养价值 :S511 　　:A 　　:1004-3268(2009)10-0057-05 Comparative Stu y on Difference of Grain Characters of Rice w ith Different Chromosome Sets ＊ H UANG Ya-qin,HUANG Qun-ce ,ZHAO Shuai-peng (Henan Provincial Key Laboratory of Ion Beam Bio-engineering,Zhengzhou University,Zhengzhou 450052, China) Abstract:Three autotetraploi rice lines an three correspon ing iploi lines w ere selecte to stu y their ifferences in eight grain characters,protein content an amylose content.The correlation analysis w as con ucte for grain characters to further compare the ifference among the autotetraploi rice an its correspon ing iploi once.The results show e that most of the grain characters pre- sente significant ifference betw een autotetraploi rice an its correspon ing iploi rice, except the grain ensity .T he biggest change is grain volume, followe by single-grain weight.After genome oubling, the correlations among the grain characters were change .For some material the grain character that contribute the most to the single-grain w eight w as change , an for some others though the grain character ha not change , the relevance level w as change .The increase of pro- tein content(18.52%)is more obvious than the amylose content (2.53%).The characteristics of grain c
