中小企业融资中的信誉问题研究 摘要 改革开放以来，中小企业已成为国民经济的重要组成部分，但是融资难的问题一直制约着中小企业的发展。中小企业融资难有多方面的原因，但信誉不佳是一个不可忽视的重要因素。本文旨在对中小企业融资中的信誉问题进行研究。先用大量的事实证明信誉不佳是融资难的一个重要原因，要解决中小企业融资难就要先解决信誉问题。然后，文章又对中小企业信誉不佳的现状进行了分析，总结出中小企业信誉不佳的原因所在，进而提出多种解决方法以提高中小企业信誉，来缓解中小企业的融资压力。 关键词： 中小企业 融资 信誉 原因 措施 Study of The prestige problem in the financing of small business enterprise ABSTRACT Since the opening and reform, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has become an big part of Chinese domestic economy.
