内容摘要 21世纪以来，随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,越来越多的中国企业加入到了对外直接投资的行列中。但中国企业对外直接投资仍处刚刚起步的阶段。在进行对外直接投资时，企业面临着众多的问题和选择，而对外直接投资的模式选择便是其中之一。绿地投资和跨国并购是中国企业对外直接投资当中的两种最主要的模式。本文首先分析了国内外学者关于这个论题研究的相关文献。接着，概括出中国企业对外直接投资模式选择的现状。重点分析了中国企业绿地投资和跨国并购的概况和问题。最后，对中国企业对外直接投资选择科学合理的模式提供对策建议。 关键词 跨国并购；绿地投资；模式选择；对外直接投资 ABSTRACT Came to 2l centry,as the process of economic integration speeds fast,more and more Chinas enterprises join the ranks of foreign direct investment,but outward FDI of Chinas enterprises is still in its initial stage,and the enterprises will face with the choice of kinds of issues,the choice of outward FDI is the important among those．The study on the choice of outward FDI’S mode for Chinas enterprises has a11 important practical influence on the development of Chinas enterprises．The purpose of this paper is to study on the choice of outward FDI’S mode for China’s enterprises．And provide a reference for China’s outward FDI．Green field investment and cross-border MA is the two most common mode of China’s outward investment,in order to highlight the key ,this paper selected the models to study．First of all,on the basis of looking back the domestic and foreign documents about the research of the choice of outward FDI’S mode．This text summarized and analyzed the current situation of outward FDI’S mode for Chinas enterprises,and analyses the status characteristics and problems the greenfield investment and cross-border MA of Chinese enterprises, providing some countermeasures and suggestions for reference to help Chinese enterprises to choose scientific and reasonable entry mode according to the problems.
