PAGE 23 大学生科研创新项目研究报告 项目名称： 北京市公共交通供需现状、问题调查与对策分析 项目类型： 一般项目 项目年度： 2013--2014年 项目负责人： 刘丽（学号：32012010025） 负责人院（系）： 城市经济与公共管理学院 专业（方向）： 城市管理 项目组成员： 孙婷、王若鑫 指导教师： 武永春 教务处 制 二〇一二年 摘要 随着北京市经济的大力发展和城市规模的增长,北京市的常住人口已达到2069.3万人,机动车数量将近520万辆,交通出行量的增长,加剧了北京的交通拥堵和空气质量的持续恶化。仅仅通过增加道路供给的措施已无法本质上解决北京市的交通拥堵问题,其结果是大大刺激了机动车交通需求的迅速增长,进入到汽车化怪圈的恶性循环,道路交通拥挤状况不但没有缓和,反而变得更严重。 总体上讲，北京公共交通的发展程度远远低于发达国家城市的水平，服务能力不足，交通堵塞严重，交通事故较多、与居民日益增长的出行需求仍存在较大差距。并且公共交通所带来的空气污染严重、能源消耗巨大等社会问题，也严重地影响了城市居民的生活质量。 本文旨在查阅大量文献，分析现实科研创新项目调查数据的基础上，研究北京市公共交通发展现状，问题调查以及对策分析。通过对普通民众对于公共交通的需求现状、满意度、以及舒适度等一系列调查，分析公共交通现存问题，提出解决对策，并倡导绿色出行，来缓解北京这个特大型城市的拥堵问题等交通问题 关键词：城市公共交通现状；城市交通的供给与需求；城市公共交通对策分析 Abstract Along with the Beijing economics development and growth of city size, the resident population in Beijing has reached 20，693，000people,the number of motor vehicles nearly 5200000 vehicles, traffic volume growth, exacerbated by the continued deterioration of Beijings traffic congestion and air quality. Only by increasing the road supply measures have been unable to essentially solve the problem of traffic congestion in Beijing City, the result is greatly stimulated the rapid growth of traffic demand, access to the “the auto cycle” the vicious spiral, traffic congestion has not eased, but become more serious.
