PAGE 本科毕业设计（论文） （ 2012 届 ） 题 目 四路电源避雷器智能脱扣 系统设计 学 院 物理与电子工程学院 专 业 电子信息工程 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 2012年3月 四路电源避雷器智能脱扣系统设计 Design of Intelligent Disconnecting System of Four Power SPD 学生姓名： Student： 指导教师： Advisor：Hu Yongjian Associate Professor 台州学院 物理与电子工程学院 School of Physics Electronic Engineering Taizhou University Taizhou, Zhejiang, China 2012年3月 March 2012 摘 要 避雷器已经成为电子设备雷电防护中不可缺少的一种装置，但是避雷器运行中通过泄漏电流，以及外部环境中各种干扰因素的存在,会引起避雷器的劣化，因此有必要设计一个基于单片机的氧化锌避雷器智能脱扣系统对氧化锌避雷器进行监测，及时脱扣。从而避免其发热乃至烧坏。本文主要介绍了以Atmega16单片机为核心的氧化锌避雷器智能脱扣系统。其总体方案设计是由漏电流检测电路、数据处理电路、MCU电路、声光报警电路和驱动电路组成，用来完成避雷器智能脱扣系统的基本功能。此系统采用了C语言进行编程，实现避雷器的智能脱扣和安全报警功能。文中简述了各单元电路的设计原理，及其总体的调试。 关键词 避雷器；智能脱扣；ATmega16；安全报警 ； Abstract Surge arrester has become a indispensable device in the surge protection of electronic equipment , but the leakage current passing through it and the various destruct factors in surrounding environment , the zinc-oxide surge arresters may be degraded during their service . So it is necessary to design intelligent disconnect system of surge arrester based on MCU which can monitor the working condition and make it be disconnected from the circuit in time . thus to avoid it heating up and even burning out . This design describes the intelligent disconnecting system of surge arrester based on ATmega16.The overall project which used to fulfill the basic functions of intelligent disconnecting system is consist of the leakage current detection circuit, data processing circuit, MCU circuit, sound and light alarming circuit and driver circuit. This system uses the C programming language to Realize the control program .The design of each unit circuit principle and general testament and debugging of the system is also presented in this article.
