浅论我国和欧盟的贸易关系.doc

浅谈中国和欧盟贸易关系 摘要 中国与欧盟分别是全球最大的发展中国家和区域经济集团，是当今世界舞台上促进全球经济发展的两支重要力量。中国与欧盟建立全面战略伙伴关系以来，在全球化和国际格局快速变化的背景下，中国与欧盟贸易关系日益紧密，欧盟在中国对外贸易合作中的战略地位日益重要。然而中欧贸易也存在着贸易不平衡、知识产权保护、有关法律法规和技术标准不够完善等问题。在未来，中国除应关注欧盟对华经贸合作的共同政策和指导原则外，更应注重拓展与欧盟各成员国之间的经贸合作。我们也必须进一步加强中欧全面战略伙伴关系，以达到双方互利共赢的目的。 关键词：中国；欧盟；贸易关系；现状； Introduction to China and the European Union trade relations Abstract China and the Eu is the world's largest developing country and regional economic group, the world's stage two important force to promote the development of the global economy. Since China and the Eu established comprehensive strategic partnership, in the context of globalization and the rapid change of the pattern, increasingly close relations between China and the Eu's trade, the European Union the strategic position in China's foreign trade cooperation is becoming more and more important. However, there exists a trade imbalance, trade protection of intellectual property rights, relevant problems such as imperfect laws and regulations and technical standards. In the future, China should focus on the Eu's trade and economic cooperation with China common policy and guiding principles, more should pay attention to expand economic and trade cooperation between Eu member states. We also need to further strengthen China-Eu comprehensive strategic partnership, the two sides in order to achieve the purpose of mutual benefit and win-win results.
