Figure 1 shows the basic connections required for 0 to 10V input and 4 to 20mA output. Other input voltage and output 　current ranges require changes in connections of pins 3, 4, 5,9 and 10 as shown in the table of Figure 1(P113表4-2-1). The complete transfer function of the XTR110 is: 　　 . 为保证精度，避免源内阻的影响，输入经缓冲器A1进入XTR110的Ui1端，Ui2接地=0，接地的缓冲调零器A2使UR=0，这样当Ui1=0时IO=0。 因A3的U-= U+=0，故IR3=(VF-0)/20K=10V/20K=0.5mA， 　则UR4=0.5mA*2K=1V。据虚短，UR2=UR4=1V，IR2=1V/5Ω=0.2A，于是A4、R2构成0.2A的恒流源，电流方向向下，可将由XTR110组成的0～400mA电流源下拉200mA。 Iout=IO-IR2=0-0.2A=-200mA； 当Ui1＝10V时Iout=IO-IR2=0.4A-0.2A=200mA 为保证精度，R1、R2应选0.5
