And the frist party should also take responsibility for legitimate claim and related loss became of the quality of products. 　　四、Delivery and inspection:During the period of cooperation. The first party deliver good to for the second party s supermarket located at__Wuhan__the particular reception office and the second party s receiving officer check and accept and sign. After signed acceptance by receiving officer, if there are prombles about products such as lack of volume,discrepancy or damage.
