Supply Agreement
The first party:_Tayeh Youlian Industry Co., LTD_The second party:Wuhan Hongshan District Feifei Supermarket
Based on the principles of equdlity and mutule benefit,and good faith cooperation,common development,both parties hereto agree as follows and shall abide by following terms:
一、Delivery of products,The first party provide it s total distribation of the products to the second party s supermarket for sales.The second party can
consult the catalogue about the product with provided by the first party and the select the products freely.
二、Supply price:The first party can consult the price in detail throngh price list that provided by the second party.
三、Q uality of products:The products provided by the first party must meet the standands set by the national industry and products should be during the warranty period. If the products have problem of quality,The first party should in charge of changing and refunding without preconditions. And the frist party should also take responsibility for legitimate claim and related loss became of the quality of products.
四、Delivery and inspection:During the period of cooperation. The first party deliver good to for the second party s supermarket located at__Wuhan__the particular reception office and the second party s receiving officer check and accept and sign. After signed acceptance by receiving officer, if there are prombles about products such as lack of volume,discrepancy or damage. The first party wile nail take responsibility for it.
五、Payment terms:__ Cash on Delivery____。
六、Market-Preserving:In order to maintain overall market and both partied s mutual interests. Both party hereto agree that normally retail shouldn t less that _18_%-_25_% which the first party provide,during the period of sale by the second party. It can prevent the problem that low price affect overall market or high price lead to holdup in the sale of commodity.
