Abstract: T he h igh-rise RC shear w all w ith bi-directional single row o f stee l b ars is app licable for m u ltisto ry res-i
dence bu ild ing. In order to know the seism ic p erform ance o f this shear w a l,l exp ermi enta l studies on sp ec mi en s o f
four h igh-r ise shear w a ll under a low-frequency quas-i static cyclic loading w ere carried out. A spec mi en w as h igh-
