小型企业人事档案管理系统设计与开发 摘要 目前，我国的小型企业档案室（馆）对于人事档案的管理仍然停留在传统的 管理方式上，随着企业内部以及社会对人事档案利用需求的扩大，传统的管理与 利用方式存在着很大局限性。例如：查询档案费时费力，利用档案对其磨损。不 仅影响了查全率、查准率，而且不利于档案的保护。而计算机管理减少了重复劳 动，在提高查全率和查准率同时减少了翻阅，复印等对人事档案的损坏。 本系统是在VisualFox 6. 0平台下开发一个完善的、运行稳定的人事档案管 理系统。通过计算机管理提高企业人事档案管理的工作效率，快速地提供利用， 从而便于企业领导人对企业人力资源配制，使人事档案更好的为企业以及社会服 务。本系统主要的模块包括：人事信息管理模块、人事档案管理模块、人事数据 查询模块、统计模块、系统管理模块。通过这些模块来实现企业档案管理人员对 企业人事档案的计算机高效管理。 关键i司：数据库,Visual FoxPro,人事档案管理系统 The design and development of personal file anagementsystem of small business Abstract At present, the archives of small and medium enterprises (Museum) for the management of personnel files still in the traditional way of management, with internal as well as the communitys demand of personnel files use expending, the traditional way of management has a great use of limites.
