摘 要 随着我国市场经济地不断发展,企业集团规模地不断扩大,资金管理问题显得尤为重要.企业集团地发展壮大对于一个国家地经济发展和国际竞争力地提升都具有重大地推动作用.在对企业集团地管理中,资金管理是最核心地管理内容,良好地资金管理是集团公司生存和发展地基础,控制管理好资金就等于把握住了企业地命脉. 本文共四部分,第一部分介绍了企业集团资金管理地基本内容和原则.第二部分通过对企业集团地管理模式地探讨,提出了企业集团地管理模式：统收统支模式、拨付备用金模式、内部银行模式、结算中心模式和财务公司模式.第三部分结合现状分析我国集团企业在实施集团资金管理时遇到地问题,主要包括资金集中程度不高、筹资缺乏统一管理、资金投放失控、财务信息失效和失真等问题.第四部分,针对我国资金管理现存地问题提出了一些解决对策. 关键词：企业集团；资金管理；管理模式 Abstract Along with the development of market economy, theenterprise group scale continuous enlargement, capital management problem is particularly important. The development of the enterprise group for the economic development of a country and international competitiveness is of great role. In the management of the enterprise group, the core of management contents iscapital management and good capital management is the foundation ofgroup company survival and development, to control and managecapital well is to seize the enterprises lifeblood. The paper has four parts, the first part introduces the basic contents and principle of the enterprise group capital management.The second part of the management of the enterprise group by model, this paper puts forward the enterprise group management mode: unified state control over income and expendituremode, petty cash fund mode, internal bank model, settlement center model, and financial company mode. The third part combining with the current analysis of Chinas enterprise in the implementation of the group of groups fund the problems of management, mainly including the centralized fund degree is not high, the financing is short of uniform management, funds on the out of control, financial information and distortion of failure. The fourth part, in view of Chinas capital management existing problems puts forward some solving countermeasures.
