防爆墙施工方案 Blast Wall Construction Proposal 防爆墙体基础为条形基础，-0.2以下到条形基础表面是800厚的剪力墙。其施工方案如下。 The foundation of blast wall is strip foundation, and below -0.2 to the strip foundation surface is 800 thick shear wall.Construction Proposal as follows: 一、施工准备Construction preparation (一)作业条件Construction condition 1、已办完模板及施工缝的预检手续。Completing the procedure of formwork and construction joints prechecking 2、检查模板下口、洞口及角模处拼接，大面模板拼接处是否严密，加固是否可靠，各种连接件及支撑是否牢固。 Check the formwork end openings ，entrances and joining together places，whether the joining together places of big formworks are tight and stably fastened, and whether the fittings and supports are solid. 3、墙体钢筋应有可靠的定位与混凝土保护层措施。Wall rebar should be reliable positioning and the protective layer of concrete . 4、施工缝处提前湿润。The construction joints should be humid in advance . 5、现场工长已对班组长交底，明确混凝土浇筑顺序，以及结合浆的数量。The site foremen are responsible to group leaders,and clear understand the concrete pouring sequence and the amount of combined slurry. 6、砼浇灌申请已由现场工长填写完毕，并经施工单位技术负责人签字确认。The concrete pouring application has been completed by the site foremen and confirmed by the signature of the person in charge of the construction unit. 7、已经做好施工前应具备的电力、机械及通讯、人员等的准备Good preparation has been made,such as electrical,mechanical and communications personnel,before construction . (二)材质要求Material requirement 1、水泥：水泥品种、强度等级应根据要求确定，质量符合现行水泥标准要求。工期紧时可做水泥快测。必要时要求厂家提供水泥含碱量的报告。Cement:the type ,strength,grade ,etc, shall be in accordance with the requirement.The quality shall be in line with the current cement standard .If the schedule is tight, we can do a fast cement test.
