Form, clay, balloon, paper cutting, scissors, lively, fairy tale, historical, polish, complete, heat
Students will be able to understand the following sentences:
They are made of bamboo and covered with paper.
Sky lanterns are used at festivals and other celebrations.
They are seen as bright symbols of happiness and good wishes.
The pieces are carefully shaped by hand.
They are then polished and painted.
Knowledge skills:
Students will be able to improve their reading skills by moving from general to specific details and examples.
Culture awareness:
Our Chinese have so many amazing traditional arts. We should be proud of them; admire them and try our best to keep them.
Teaching important and difficult points:
How to help the students to grasp the specific details by the mind-map.

Step1 Warming up
Put forward some choices to check or help the students know something about traditional art and deal with some key words.
