XXXX教育集团学前教育产业的商业模式研究 摘要:随着社会的发展，我国的企业数量也越来越多。企业要想稳定、健康的发展，盈利是其中的一个最为重要的因素。但就目前而言，还是有很多的企业在激烈的市场竞争中因为一些复杂的因素而面临破产倒闭的窘境。因此，在稳定运行的基础上，如何最大化的获取利润也就成为了企业发展中最为重要的一个目标。基于上述，本文的研究以XXXX教育集团学前教育产业为例，详细的分析了目前XXXX教育集团学前教育产业的盈利模式，并提出了一种新的盈利模式。最后本文对于所构建的新的盈利模式进行了实证分析。总体来说，由于企业性质的不同，企业所采取的盈利模式也会有很多的不同，企业也应根据自身的实际情况来进行详细的分析。本文的研究对于促进XXXX教育集团学前教育产业的稳定发展有着积极的意义。 关键词：XXXX；教育产业；商业模式 Golden cradle education group preschool education industry business model research Abstract:The number of enterprises with the development of the society, our country is also more and more. Businesses want to stable and healthy development, profit is one of the most important factor. But for now, there are still a lot of enterprises in the fierce market competition because of some complicated factors facing bankruptcy. Therefore, on the basis of stable operation, how to maximize the profit and becomes one of the most important in the enterprise development goals. Based on the above, this paper studies to preschool education industry cradle golden education group as an example, detailed analysis of the current golden cradle education group preschool education industry profit model, and proposed a new profit model. At the end of the paper for the building of the new profit model has carried on the empirical analysis. In general, because of the different nature of enterprise, the enterprise profit model also have taken a lot of different, enterprise should according to own actual situation to make detailed analysis. In this paper, the research for promoting cradle golden education group, the steady development of preschool education industry has a positive meaning.
