教学幻灯片,录音机等。
教学过程
Step 1.Revision and Leading in
1.Check the homework.
Ask some students to give some speeches about “My Favorite Invention”.
2.Leading-in
T:In our daily life,there are many rules in our school or at our home.First,let us get to know some new words and expressions.
Step2.Presentation.
1.Show the new words on the screen.
Say the words and have students read them together.
2.Present the new expressions.
Sum up some important expressions from the sentences,and write them on the blackboard.

Let students make some sentences.
Step3.Practice.
1.Have students look at the pictures and answer the question.
2.Ask students to write some rules at school or at home.Then check them.
3.Show some slides to the students .Ask them to express their opinions.(finish 1a)
Step4.Listening(1b).
1.Get students to look through the three sentences .
2.Play the tape only once.Let the students listen and circle T for true or F for false.
3.Ask some students to check the answers.
Step5.Make conversations(1c).
1.Use the statements in 1a and make dialogues.
2.Ask some pairs to act it out.
3.Do more exercises.
Present six sentences and ask students to discuss them .Then have them say their ideas and give the reasons.
Step6.Listening(2a,2b)
1.Ask students to read the sentences.
2.Play the tape for the first time,let the students only listen.
3.Play the tape again.This time students listen and check what Molly thinks of Kathy`s statements and circle Agrees or Disagrees or does not know.Then check the answers.(finish 2a)
4.Point to the list of reasons in the box.Play the tape again.And let the students listen
