如何理解休闲的意义 7（How to understand the meaning of leisure7）
Leisure: refers to the deduction of remaining time, sleep time,a personal and family affairs activities outside of time time.
In other words, leisure means someone is limited by the otherconditions, completely according to their own wishes to use orspend time.
Leisure activities: people in their leisure time, includingentertainment and recreation, the purpose is through time andenergy consumption to adjust the body and mind.
Leisure culture refers to all human and leisure relatedactivities and performance, including leisure style, leisureand ethnic characteristics, the role and function of leisureand leisure history to, its core is the leisure implication ofthis social phenomenon and cultural significance.
Three, the concept of leisure in China are reviewed andsummarized
(a) two essential features of leisure
First, leisure is a kind of free leisure activities, there isno mandatory, and thus different physiology and behavior etc. ;Second, the leisure activity itself is objective.

The application level 1, from the popular view, leisure ispeople voluntarily in free time, freedom and happiness allbeneficial to physical and mental health and the pursuit of themeaning of life and way of life.
Understanding: (1) leisure is occurred in the free time.
(2) leisure activities to meet three conditions: one is avoluntary choice; two is to be free and pleasant experience;three is beneficial to health, the pursuit of the meaning oflife activities.
(3) stressed that all meaningful activities that leisure isvaried, very rich, the It differs from man to man.
(4) is the behavior of people in leisure activities, but alsoa way of life.
