托辗杆加工单元的工艺设计 摘 要:此次毕业设计是在指导老师的悉心指导下完成的，运用了大学四年中所学 的专业课知识，从分析零件加工过程，绘制零件图，再到完成工艺卡片的编写，然后 就是完成加工过程设计，到最后完成毕业设计所要求的所有内容。在这个过程中，重 点是完成了加工过程编写以及对专用加工单元的设计工作，保证了托辘杆所要求的加 工要求。在完成毕业设计的过程中，也使我对所学的专业课内容更加的熟悉，运用时 也更加的熟练。 关键词：托辗杆，工艺，加工单元 The Process Design of the Manufacturing unit of Roller Rod Abstract:This graduation design, which was completed under the careful guidance of the supervisor, made use of the specialized knowledge learned in college. It started from the analysis of the manufacturing process of parts and the drawing of its parts, then the process chart was compiled and the design of the man
