PAGE 毕业设计（论文） 题目： 人本管理在酒店工作中的应用 ——以广州新中源酒店为例  人本管理在酒店管理中的应用 ——以广州新中源酒店为例 摘要 人本管理是重视人的生产经营活动，以人为核心、以人为根本的管理，是指组织中的人，作为管理的首要因素，是一切管理活动的主题或主导因素；同时作为管理的本质因素，更是组织管理的出发点和归宿：一方面，组织的一切管理活动围绕充分调动人的积极性、主动性和开发人的潜能而展开；另一方面，组织的一切管理活动，旨在满足人的需求，提高人的素质，实现个人目标，最终使个人和组织获得共同、全面的发展。在知识经济时代，人才不仅是生产要素，更是企业宝贵的资源，是其产品和服务质量的决定因素。然而当今国内外酒店业都普遍存在一个严重的问题——劳工短缺，特别是在中国酒店业市场，由于中国人根深蒂固的思想和职业选择性增大的情况下，造成酒店企业人员选择性、流动性过大及流失性严重等现象。因此，酒店企业越来越多地应用人本管理的方式借此密切企业和员工的关系，有效稳定员工的队伍，保证酒店服务质量，达到酒店与员工共同发展。 关键词：人本管理；酒店业；应用  THE PRACTICE OF HUMANISTIC MANAGEMENT IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT—BASED ON THE RESEARCH ON GUANGZHOU CHATEAU STAR RIVER HOTEL ABSTRACT People-oriented management is focusing on the activities of people’s production and operation. It is the management which considering that people as a core and everything based on people. It means that the people in organization are the basic element of management, and also the dominant factor of each management activity.
