Listening to a song , and ask students to talk about how to ask the way and the prepositions. 2.Show some pictures related to places and learn the new words. Do you know these places? post office police station restaurant bank hospital pay phone street hotel bridge park town 3. Quick eye games All the students have 2 minutes to read and recite the words. Then we will have a game to check it. Present a map , ask students to find out some place.( Using the target language) eg. A:Where is the ...? B:It’s... . C:Is there a ... near here? D:Yes, there is. It’s... No, there isn’t. 5..Finish 1a, then check answers. 6.Pair work: ask students to make a dialogue according to the picture of 1a StepⅡPractice 1.
