PAGE I 摘 要 可编程序控制器是一种专门为在工业环境下应用而设计的数字运算操作的电子装置，对提高设备的运转率起到了重要作用。随着时间的推移，PLC已经不再局限于最初世纪的逻辑和顺序控制领域，越来越多的PLC产品向着满足更多更复杂的控制要求迈进。随着现场总线和工业以太网技术出现和推广，可编程序控制器的应用日益普及，PLC在电厂锅炉控制系统中的应用也比较广泛，如PLC在化学水处理系统中的应用；PLC在锅炉定期排污系统中的应用； PLC在汽轮机凝汽器胶球清洗系统的应用；PLC在给水泵起、停控制中的应用；PLC在炉膛安全保护监控系统中的应用。随着PLC的生产和发展及其显而易见的优点，电厂化学水处理系统成了电厂中应用PLC进行程序控制最早、最广泛的辅助系统。电厂化学水处理包括锅炉补给水处理、凝结水处理和废水处理，其目的在于预防热力设备结垢、腐蚀和结盐，确保可靠生产，并尽量做到节水和控制环境污染。考虑到锅炉补给水处理和凝结水处理的工艺流程大致相似，本课题就主要针对PLC在锅炉补给水系统中的应用设计。以实现对化学水处理的自动化控制，降低生产成本提高生产效率。 关键词 电厂水处理，锅炉补给水处理，凝结水处理，controllogixPLC ABSTRACT The programmable controller is designs the manufacture for the industrial control application the special purpose computer control device, to raised equipments service factor to play the influential role.
