扬州大学本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE I Abstract Tower cranes are widely used in the construction industry with features such as high efficiency, easy operation, easily to installation and demolition. It becomes more and more important in the process of the high-level, ultra-high-rise building. Crane operating efficiency, safety and reliability is very important. And the traditional use of crane control system is mainly a contact relay to control the exchange of winding strings using the methods of resistance and speed to start. The existence of such a control system for poor reliability and complicated to operate, the high failure rate, low efficiency of the shortcomings have been un-able to meet the needs of modern industrial production, it is necessary to cond-uct technological transformation. This Paper crane control system for the existence of the above problems, the programmable controller and inverter-based QT 1000/60 applies to crane co-ntrol system transformation, and basic research. This paper introduces the subject of the origin and significance of the tran-sformation crane design; QT 1000/60 type crane structure and parameters, anal-yze the drive system of the working body, the working principle and electrica-l control; the basic structure of inverter, speed control and the use of the prin-ciple elements of ; PLC structure, working principles and development trends; design modified QT 1000/60 type crane control system. In accordance with th-e requirements and selection of control methods, choice of frequency converter and PLC, the design of electrical control schematics and PLC control procedu-res to prepare. PLC control system of the traditional control systems to reduce intermediate links, hardware and control lines, to improve control accuracy an-d stability of equipment to reduce the failure rate, easy maintenance to maintai-n and boost production efficiency.
