PAGE PAGE １２ 我国非物质文化遗产保护与利用综述 公共事业管理专业学生 陶源源 指导教师 谭放 摘要：我国历史悠久、幅员辽阔、人口众多，所拥有的非物质文化遗产绚丽多姿、异彩纷呈。如何对其保护、保存、利用和传承是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。我们必须看到，一方面非物质文化遗产保护的要求日益强烈，另一方面非物质文化遗产遭受破坏的事情亦大量存在，出现了保护和开发、传承和利用等方面的辨析和论争。本文通过对近几年来有关非物质文化遗产保护利用的研究文献的统计分析，主要从非物质文化遗产的概念、特征及价值、保护与利用的现状、保护的原则与措施的研究进行了综述，并对今后需要进一步重视的问题进行了简要的分析和展望。 关键词：非物质文化遗产；保护；利用 The Summarization of the Protection and Utilization of Intangible Cultural Heritage in China Student majoring in Public Administration Tao Yuanyuan Tutor Tan Fang Abstract：China has a long history, a vast territory, and encompasses a large population. There is a rich Intangible Cultural Heritage. It is a most significant task for us that how to protect, preserve and use the heritage. We must see that, on the one hand, the demand of protecting the Intangible Cultural Heritage is increasingly stronger; on the other hand, the Intangible Cultural Heritage is suffered disruption seriously. There are many discriminations and debates about the protection and development, inheritance and utilization of the heritage. According to the analysis of the document concerned the protection and utilization of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in the last few years, this paper provides an overviews from the aspects as follows: the concept of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, the characteristic and the value, the present situation of the protection and the utilization, the principle and the measures of the protection, and so on, then carries on a brief analysis and forecast to the issue which needed further to pay attention to from now on.
