沈阳理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 电热炉是一种以电加热器为核心的加热器件，它以炉内气体及介质为热载体，将热能传递给用热器件的新型节能设备。近年来随着电气控制技术的提高，人机界面的功能和稳定性不断提高，在工业控制的各个环节都得到了很大发展。采用基于计算机语言及工控模块的温控系统使工业加热控制技术更具有飞跃性的提高。 此次毕业设计课题可实现电热炉温度的数据采集、显示、控制等功能。通过牛顿-7013对炉内温度进行实时采集，经过牛顿-7520实现RS485总线和RS232总线协议传输，把温度以数字量形式载入上位机执行PID算法，并使用PWM输出控制牛顿-7044以控制电源的通断从而实现温度自动控制及校准的目的。对温度的控制主要由牛顿模块来实现，算法语言均用VB来编写，同时用上位机显示实时温度及并记录温度曲线。 关键词：温度采集；VB；PID算法；牛顿模块 Abstract The electric heating stove is one kind heats up the component take the electric heater as the core, take the stove’s gas and medium as the heat-carrying agent, transmits the heat energy for with the hot equipment new energy. Recently years, as the control technologic increasing of the electric equipments,The human/com pictures’ function and stability are processing on most industry control, it has a great developments. Choosing the Temperature controller system that based on computer’s language and the Modules improving deeply on the technologic control of electric heating equipments. In the design of graduate, what I primary do is carring the data acquisition、control the temperature of furnace and the demonstration on the panel.We collect the realtime temperature in the stove by Nudam Modules-7013,then Nudam Modules-7520 connect RS-232 with RS-485 MOTEL bus address converter, it can exchange the temperature’s Analog schema and execution the PID arithmetic in the computer. the same time, using PWM output control the Nudam Modules-7044 in order to control the Power Unit. After this we can slove the temperatures’ autocontroller、modulation and monitor. The control of the temperature mainly achieved by Nudam Modules. The arithmetic of controlling is compiled by VB environment , the same time display the temperature and memorize the curve by the computer.
