That, its fund collection inevitably is this profession construction most important work； The fund is the enterprise “the blood”, is the enterprise manages active the important content, also manages the continually impetus which the activity can carry on. The enterprise must collect the fund from each kind of channel by each form, satisfies the enterprise investment and uses the capital the need. Therefore, the fund raising decision-making needs quantity except the plan fund, and raises by the appropriate way needs outside the fund, but also must carry on the risk control to its fund raising, and proposes the circumvention and the guard risk measure. In view of the nowadays box package of enterprise present situation, how chooses the fund raising channel, determined the fund raising scale, can use the financial release lever fully, should to the intense profession competition.
