吉林大学珠海学院 毕 业 论 文 剪式千斤顶的结构设计与制造工艺 系 别： 机械与汽车工程系 专 业 名 称：机械设计制造及其自动化 学 生 姓 名： 张启潮 学 号：指导教师姓名、职称： 张雷 教授 完成日期：2016年4月1日 摘 要 在本文中，我们会发现在实际生活过程中，千斤顶在汽车维修、铁路检修、安装桥墩、工程架构等工程中，需要起重时就会用到千斤顶。本文通过研究和学习机械原理、机械制造基础、传动控制、数控机械加工工艺、工程力学等的知识对剪式千斤顶的结构设计和制造工艺进行了一系列的研究。目前千斤顶有多种类别，其中包括了折叠液压千斤顶、新型剪式千斤顶、电动升降千斤顶、快速升降千斤顶、多类用途千斤顶。剪式千斤顶是一种举升工具，由于它体积小，重量轻使用方便的特点，剪式千斤顶通常用于普通轿车维修。它的运动方式为固定螺杆带动滑块，滑块带动连杆，从而达到了举升的效果，加上千斤顶的材质通常刚度和硬度都很高，它的规格又举升重量决定，常见的规格是1T（吨）、1.5T（吨）、2T（吨）、3T（吨）等等。它的结构是由底座一对下支承臂、一对上支承臂、鞍座、平面轴承、固定螺母、摇座、销轴和丝杆组成，一对上支承臂的边内翻成加强筋、其末端成齿轮并啮合，一对下支承臂的边外翻成加强筋其末端成齿轮并啮合。本实用新型具有外形更矮、自重较轻，承载能力大和通用性强等优点。 关键字：千斤顶 数控加工 结构设计 Abstract In this paper, we will find that in the actual life process, Jack in the car repair, railway maintenance, installation of bridge piers, engineering structure and other projects, the need to play when jack.
