在校大学生周末兼职调查分析--以枣庄学院为例 摘要 我国正处于市场经济飞速发展的阶段，人们的价值观、世界观都有了很大的改变。教育也经历着前所未有的变化，随着高等教育大众化改革的开始，高校扩招的数量和速度飞快发展，大学生的数量口益壮大。社会竞争的压力、家庭经济的负担也使得越来越多的大学生从事兼职。如今，大学生兼职的人数有增多的趋势，在大学校园里，随处可见大学生打工的身影，兼职己成为大学生活不可缺少的部分。兼职对大学生自身有着多方面的积极意义，不仅是大学生全面成长的重要环节，还为大学生带来一定的经济收入，同时提高了大学生的社会竞争力，增加就业的祛码。但是，在大学生兼职的过程中存在的诸多问题也引起了有关学者的关注。如何有效地指导大学生兼职，使兼职活动健康有序的进行下去，不仅对大学生的身心成长，还是对国家的和谐发展都有着重要的意义。 关键词：大学生；兼职；对策研究 Abstract Our country is in the stage of rapid development of market economy, peoples values, world outlook has changed a lot.
