浙江企业跨国并购的整合研究及案例分析毕业论文 毕业论文 (20_ _届) 浙江企业跨国并购的整合研究及案例分析 摘 要 浙江企业在面对企业长远的发展中,广泛的运用跨国并购的方式,但企业并购的成功率却很低,原因是多方面的,本文认为企业并购后的整合问题是并购成功的关键所在,故本文主题旨在研究浙江企业跨国并购后的整合问题。 本文首先对企业跨国并购整合的内涵、模式,主要内容及整合的流程进行了阐述,为实施并购整合研究奠定了理论基础。其次,本文从体制环境、策略选择和侧重点三方面对浙江企业跨国并购整合的现状进行了具体分析,继而分析了浙江企业整合所面临的问题。再次通过对浙江雅戈尔集团并购新马案例的分析和总结,为浙江企业发展跨国并购整合提供可行的建议,为并购整合实践提供指导,从而使企业重视整合问题,提高并购的成功率,尽量减少整合成本,达到企业并购利润的最大化的目的。 关键词:浙江企业;并购整合;对策建议 Abstract Zhejiang enterprises in the face of the long-term development of enterprises, widely used ways of transnational mergers and acquisitions, but the enterprise merger success rate is low, the reasons is various, this article argues that merger after the integration problem is the key to successful mergers and acquisitions, so this topic is intended transnational integration after mergers and acquisitions research enterprise of Zhejiang Province.
