PAGE 1 艺术家入驻虚苑版画工坊创作协议 The Agreement for Resident Artists creating art works in Xuyuan Original Printmaking Base 甲方：虚苑国际版画创研中心 Part A: China·Xuyuan Original Printmaking Base 乙方： Part B: 甲方同意乙方于 年 月 日至 年 月 日 入驻虚苑版画工坊进行艺术创作，双方经协商达成以下协议： Part B is allowed to be a resident artist in Xuyuan Original Printmaking Base from (the date) to (the date) for creating art works. After the negotiation between Part A and B, they have reached an agreement，details as follow: 一、乙方 Part B 1.艺术家在虚苑版画工坊入驻期间，创作版画作品__幅，所选择版种为 ，画面尺幅为 。 During the resident period in Xuyuan Printmaking Base, artists need to create __ art works at least; the standard size of the works should be a minimum of 79cm×55cm (Barbizon) or 81cm×60cm (BFK), printmaking type has been chosen. 2.艺术家同意每幅作品由工坊印制 张，另A.P 张，编号 张，由艺术家本人一次性统一编号签名，原版作毁版标记，并由工坊记录备案。 The artist agrees the base to print up to copies for each original work, with A.P. works. Serious number is and should be signed and numbered together at one time on the artist’s own. All the original plates should be marked with destroyed edition by Xuyuan Original Printmaking Base then be registered and archived by the workshop. 3.艺术家同意甲方对其创作作品图片进行非赢利性质的宣传和使用。 The artist agrees Part A to take use of his/her works for non-profit advertising and publishing. 4.艺术家作品完成后，每幅作品留给版画工坊总印数的50%。工坊拥有这些作品的所有权。 After finishing creating, the artist agrees to leave 40% works of total copies (or 50% if Part B is an internship from an Art School), amount to prints (with the edition number).
