員工工作壓力與工作績效的關係研究

摘要
本文旨在探討隨著社會環境的變遷,知識經濟時代的到來給企業發展帶來前所未有的機遇。企業整體人力及物力互相配合有賴於企業員工的細心規畫與運作,面臨企業生存和發展的挑戰,要使企業正常的運作則必須仰賴企業員工的努力。但各企業員工常因工作中所產生的壓力,而影響其完成工作之績效表現程度,進而影響企業之運作效能。因此本研究擬探討企業員工工作壓力與工作績效之關係,以企業內全職員工為對象進行實證研究。本研究發現如下:
一、企業員工的工作壓力之強度屬中下程度。
二、企業員工的工作績效表現表現為中上程度。
三、不同年齡、職位、性別、服務年資、教育程度的企業員工之工作壓力有顯著差異。
四、不同年齡、職位、性別、服務年資、教育程度的企業員工之工作績效有顯著差異。
五、企業員工工作壓力與工作績效具有顯著負相關,即員工工作壓力愈大,其工作績效愈低。
最後依據調查結果,對企業員工及後續研究者等方面提出相關建議。

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore, along with the changes in the social environment, to understand that economic times have brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of enterprises, that the overall manpower and material resources of the enterprises are in coordination with each other, and that the planning and transportation of the workers involved in the enterprises have been carried out. Facing the challenge of survival and development of enterprises, it is necessary to rely on the efforts of the Lama workers in order to ensure the normal operation of enterprises. However, the stress of their work may be associated with their performance in accomplishing the job. This study examines the relationship between job stress and job performance of the workers. The results of the study are as follows: first, employees’ stress at work ranges from a medium to low degree; Second, employees’ performance at work ranges from a medium to high degree; Third, job stress is significantly different among workers with different ages, and marital status. Fourth, job performance is significantly different among workers with different ages, tenure and marital status. job stress is significantly different among workers with different ages, and marital status. Fifth, job stress is significantly negatively related to job performance. Finally, according to the results of the survey, managerial suggestions are provided.
