Individuals who perform NDT shall be qualified for: (a) NDT Level II, or (b) NDT Level I working under the NDT Level II 2) Certification of Level I and Level II individuals shall be performed by a Level III individual who has been certified by (1) The American Society for Nondestructive Testing, or (2) has the education, training, experience, and has successfully passed the written examination described in SNT-TC-1A.
