PAGE CAK6150普通车床的数控化改造 NC Transformation of The CAK6150 Common Lathe 全套图纸加扣?3012250582 学 院： 专 业/班 级： 学 生 姓 名： 指 导 教 师： 2008 年 9 月 PAGE V 摘 要 数控机床作为机电一体化的典型产品，在机械制造业中发挥着巨大的作用，很好地解决了现代机械制造中结构复杂、精密、批量小、多变零件的加工问题，且能稳定产品的加工质量，大幅度地提高生产效率。但从目前企业面临的情况看，因数控机床价格较贵，一次性投资较大使企业心有余而力不足。我国作为机床大国，对普通机床数控化改造不失为一种较好的良策。制造业是国民经济的基础产业，它的发展直接影响到国民经济各部门的发展，也影响到国计民生和国防力量的加强，因此，各国都把制造业的发展放在首要位置。21世纪的制造业发展的总趋势是柔性化、灵捷化、智能化和信息化，而数控机床则是实现柔性化、灵捷化、智能化和信息化加工制造的基本单元。因此，数控加工技术是制造业中的一项关键的迅速发展的新技术之一，在机械制造行业中具有重要的地位和作用。 数控化加工是机械加工行业朝高质量，高精度，高成品率，高效率发展的趋势。结合我国实际国情，经济型数控机床是我国从普通机床向数控机床发展的及其重要的台阶。利用现有的普通机床，对其进行数控化改造是一条低成本，高效益的途径。 车床数控化改造研究是提高我国技术装备水平的重要项目，在我国目前拥有大量超期服役和技术陈旧的机床急待更新的情况下，由于数控车床的加工能力和资金受限，对车床进行数控化改造是一条节约资金、快速上马的有效途径。数控机床的通用性、柔性、适应性、扩展性，并迅速向智能化、网络化方向发展，成为当前数控技术发展的主要方向。 关键词：车床; 数控改造; 结构 Abstract The NC of lathe as the typical model product in the area of electric mechanism, it is very important in the machine manufacturing industry, so as to resolve the problems of that such as difficult structure, accuracy, low batches, and changeable components, meanwhile, it can stabilize the quantity of products, and the productivity can be improved. But in the situation of current enterprise, because of the price of the NC lathe is more expensive, and the onetime investment to the enterprise is more expensive. As a big country of the NC of the lathe, it is a better plan to transform the common lathe to be a NC lathe.
