医院病房管理系统是一种典型的管理信息系统(MIS),即一个由人和计算机 组成的能进行医院病房信息收集、传递、存贮、加工、维护和使用的系统。它的 开发主要包括前台应用程序的开发和后台数据库的建立和维护两个方面。对于前 者我们要求所开发应用程序生成的界面友好、易使用，程序木身功能完备；对于 后者我们则要求建立一个数据一致性、完整性、安全性好的数据库。 木人结合医院病房管理的实际需求，经过详细地分析，完成了面向医院的病 房管理系统的需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库模式分析等工作，并由此开发了 应用程序和数据库结构。木系统采用SYBASE公司推出的PowerBu订der 10. 0作为 前台应用程序开发工貝，后台数据库设计则采用了微软推出的SQLServer 2000, 并利用ODBC数据库访问技术来实现前台与后台的连接。 木着实用性、可扩展与可维护性、安全可靠性以及操作界面友好的基木设计 原则，系统满足了用户对住院病人信息及医院信息进行增、删、查、改的操作需 求，是管理医院日常工作及存储临床数据较为便捷的软件。 关键词：管理信息系统，医院病房管理系统，数据安全性 Abstract The hospital wards management system is a kind of typical Manageme nt In format i on System (MTS)? It is composed of the human beings and the computers. Using the system can help us collect, transmit, storage, process, maintain and use the hospital wards informat i on. The developme nt of it in eludes the appl i cat ion developme nt at fron t-e nd and the establishment and maintenanee of its key database at backgroup. For the former, we demand the interface generated by the application is user-friendly and easy to be used, and the process itself should be full-featured; while, for the latter, we need to establish a database, which is good at data consistency, integrity and security? After combining the actual demand with the management of the hospital wards and detailed analysis, I did a lot of job, such as completing the demdnd analysis, function module partition and analysis of database model for the hospital-oriented wards management system, and thus 1 established the applications and the database structure. The system uses PowerBuilder 10.0 laiinched by the SYBASE as the applications development tool at front-end, and using Microsoft SQLServer 2000 for the backgroup database design, whi1e the ODBC database access technology is also used to achieve the connection of front-end and backgroup?
