黄河交通学院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目：谈谈现代物流企业的低成本运作 所属院部 经济管理学院 专业班级 12级物流1班 姓　　名 张 洁 学　　号 1205010129 指导教师 饶培俊 撰写日期 2015 年 5 月 摘 要 物流已越来越受到企业重视，有的企业甚至将物流提到企业核心竞争力的高度。企业发展的最大问题是物流成本降不下来，不能随心所欲的控制，加上管理不当，就很难提高企业的利润高效率。近年来我国物流业已经有了很大发展,得到政府、企业各方面的高度重视，但其发展水平还不能满足经济发展的需求。物流企业成本普遍偏高、功能单一、服务水平和能力有限，不能满足经济发展对物流的需要，企业对物流成本的认识不够全面和深刻。物流成本的降低，可以体现出物流管理的成效，同时也直接影响到企业在竞争中的地位。降低物流成本是第三利润的源泉，同时也是加强物流管理工作的重要内容。本文分析了我国物流成本的现状与降低物流成本的意义，从库存、配送、运输、交货、信息系统、互联网、管理模式多角度提出了具体降低物流成本的方法。 关键词：企业物流，合理化，模式，策略 Abstract Companies have more and more attention on logistics, some enterprises even mention the logistics of a high degree of core competence. Enterprise development, the biggest problem is not down the logistics cost reduction, control can not be arbitrary, with mismanagement, it is difficult to improve the efficiency of profitable enterprises. In recent years, Chinas logistics industry has developed greatly in the Government, enterprises attach great importance to all aspects, but its level of development can not meet the needs of economic development. Logistics costs are rather high and features a single, service levels and capacity constraints, can not meet the needs of economic development for the logistics, business logistics costs less comprehensive and profound understanding of.
