2013年8月28北京市卫生局培训 2015年6月2日国家卫生计生委培训 * * 采用实时反转录聚合酶链反应（real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction ，rRT-PCR）从沙特阿拉伯不明原因重症肺炎死亡患者的痰液标本中检测出不同于已知的新型冠状病毒（novel coronavirus，nCoV），称为人冠状病毒（human coronavirus ，HCoV）EMC，简称为 HCoV-EMC ［2］。自发现 HCoV-EMC 后，再将扎尔卡市死亡患者的留取标本重新检测，确认2例均感染了 HCoV-EMC。2013年5月15日国际病毒命名委员会冠状病毒研究组将 HCoV-EMC统一命名为中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒（Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus， MERS-CoV）［3 * The Chinese Government has taken the following surveillance and control measures: Actively treating the patient and strengthening hospital infection control measures; Testing of the patient samp
