作者介绍：陈敏（1960—）。女，重庆市人，副主任医师，主要从事传染病、性病防治工作。 2005-2009年重庆市沙坪坝区性病疫情分析 陈 敏（重庆市沙坪坝区疾病预防控制中心，重庆 400038 ） [摘要]目的 了解2005～2009年重庆市沙坪坝区性病的发病趋势及流行学特征，为开展性病艾滋病防治提供建议。方法 对2005～2009年性病疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果 我区近5年来性病疫情呈上升趋势，2005～2009年累计报告性传播疾病7801例，年平均发病率为212.57/10万，2008年最高，报告发病率为282.90/10万。流行病种以淋病（31.12%）、梅毒（28.05%）、尖锐湿疣（19.99%）为主。报告的HIV感染者则呈快速上升趋势；男性发病率明显高于女性（P0.01），高发年龄段为20-39岁的性活跃人群（61.31%），但50岁以上年龄组报告病例数增长较快。职业分布以家务待业、工人、农民居多（55.79%），离退休人员、工人和农民中报告的病例明显增长。结论 我区性病疫情呈增长趋势，严峻的性病流行形势将促进艾滋病经性传播，应加大性病艾滋病的防治力度。 [关键词] 性病；艾滋病；流行趋势；防治策略 [中图分类号] R759 [文献标识码] A Epidemic Situation Analysis of STD in Shapingba District， Chongqing from 2005-2009 Chen Min （Diseases Prevention and Control Center in Shapingba District， Chongqing 400038） [Abstract] Objectives This thesis is intended to analyze the incidence trends and epidemiological features of sexually transmitted diseases in Shapingba District from 2005-2009 . the suggestion for STD/AIDS prevention and control. Methods To make an epidemiological analysis of the epidemic situation data from 2005-2009. Results STD in our district shows an upward trend in the past five years. From 2005-2009, 7801 sexually transmitted diseases have been reported in all, with an annual average incidence rate of 212.57/100,000. The year 2008 witnessed the highest reported incidence rate of 282.90/100,000.The types of epidemics mainly include gonorrhea, syphilis and condy lona acumcnata CA, with a percentage of gonorrhea 31.12%, syphilis 28.05% and condy lona acumcnata CA 19，99%. However, reported HIV infections, tends to increase rapidly. It is obvious that the incidence rate of males is higher than that of females.（P0.01）The age group of 20-35, usually sexually-active people, is most easily attacked, making up 61.31% of the total incidence number. Moreover, sufferers over 50 years old increase a lot. 55.79% of the sufferers are the unemployed, workers as well as farmers. Cases from Retirees、 workers and farmers shows a rapid rise. Conclusion STD in ou
