摘 要：? 大众健美操是典型的有氧运动，中等强度，它比其它运动项目更容易使人快乐、放松。健美操是在音乐的伴奏下，以身体练习为基本手段、以有氧运动为基础，达到改善人体生理功能、丰富文化生活和提高审美意识、塑造形体美、促进身心健康与其经济发展和人际交往等多种功能的一项体育运动。调查研究表明大众健美操对高校大学生具有重要的锻炼价值。

Abstract: The populace body-building exercises is typical has the oxygen movement, the medium intensity, it is easier than other movement project to cause the human joyfully, the relaxation.The body-building exercises is under music accompaniment, take the bodily practice as the essential method, take has the oxygen movement as the foundation, if achieves the improvement human body physiology function, mold physical beauty, the promotion physical and moral integrity, the economical development and the human communication the development intelligence and raises the esthetic consciousness and so on many kinds of functions sports.The investigation and study indicated the populace body-building exercises has the important exercise value to the university university students.
