工程项目风险管理研究综述 王明明 (郑州航空工业管理学院，土木建筑工程学院，450046) 【摘要】文章提出：风险管理是对项目目标的主动控制。首先对项目的风险进行识别分析，然后将这些风险定量化，对风险进行控制。国际上把风险管理看作是项目管理的组成部分。风险管理和目标控制是项目管理的两大基础。中国风险投资缺乏相关的规范化法律制度环境，同时又缺乏合格的专业风险投资人才，更缺乏风险投资的经验。这些都使中国风险投资项目的风险表现出一定的特殊性，因而就对投资项目的风险管理提出了特殊的要求。 【关键词】工程项目；风险管理；项目管理 Project Risk Management Research MingMing-Wang （School of Civil Engineering， Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management，450046） Abstract: In this paper: Risk management is the goal of the projects active control.
