分类号：密 级：公开 U D C：编 号： 我国农民工市民化的障碍因素探讨 The discussion on Migrant Workers Citizenry of the Obstacles 学位授予单位及代码：长春理工大学 10186） 学科专业名称及代码：马克思主义理论030501） 研 究 方 向：马克思主义基本原理 申请学位级别：硕士 指导教师： 教授 研 究 生： 论文起止时间：2009.09—2018.03 摘 要 实现农民工市民化，不仅是现代社会结构变迁的必然趋势，达到全面小康社会的必经之路，而且对整个国家经济社会的发展产生不可估量的深远影响。它是增加农民收入、促进农村经济社会发展和农业现代化建设的重要途径，是促进我国经济快速、持续和健康发展，实现新世纪奋斗目标的战略举措，是确保社会稳定、国家长治久安的重要保证。是社会和谐所必须的，是中国当前及未来较长时期内的一个重大现实问题。然而我国农民工在城市化进程中受到各种限制，无法真正融入到城市。针对这一现实问题，本文遵循马克思主义市民化思想马克思主义人口城市化思想）的基本观点，结合我国农民工及农民工现状和存在的问题，讨论了实现农民工市民化的意义，提出了解决农民工市民化的解决途径，从建立多元的文化环境、完善有效的教育机制、变革户籍管理制度、建立城乡一体化的就业制度、加强社会保障制度、构建土地流转制度等多个方面，研究了实现农民工市民化的途径，对促进我国的农民工市民化进程，促进我国的城镇化进程具有一定的理论价值和实践意义。 关键词：农民工 市民化 探讨 ABSTRACT Migrant workers achieve citizenship, Structural changes in modern society is not only an inevitable trend, To achieve the only way of building a well, But also economic and social development throughout the country have far-reaching impact imeasurable.It is to increase the income of farmers Promoting rural economic and social development and an important way for agricultural modernization .
