┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ PAGE 1 自动剪板机设计 [摘要] 本文设计了一台自动剪板机，此剪切机用于剪切厚为0.2～0.3mm，最大宽度为2000毫米的板带，裁剪的钢板规格为1m×2m×3mm.剪断时间小于10s，重点就剪板机压紧装置、放料装置、剪板机结构进行了设计，在设计中通过对比国内外剪板机，力求设计出结构简单，操作方便，同时经济、合理的剪板机，具体设计思路上：利用液压系统控制刀架，大大减少了剪切的时间并且提高了剪切精度，采用自动送料机构以提高剪板机的自动化性能。近年来，随着模具技术和冲压技术的发展，剪板机的应用范围在不断地扩大，数量在不断地增加，预计不久的将来，剪板机在冲压用剪板机中的比例将会越来越大。 [关键词] 压紧装置 剪板机机构 放料装置 Automatic Cutting Machine Design [Abstract] This paper designed an automatic cutting machine, the shearing machine is used for cutting thick 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm, maximum width of 2000 mm plate band, cutting the steel plate specifications for 1 m * 2 m * 3 mm. Cut the time less than 10 s, mainly on shearing machine clamping device, feeding device, shearing machine structure design, by comparing the shearing machine at home and abroad in the design, make every effort to design a simple structure, convenient operation, economy, reasonable shearing machine at the same time, the specific design idea: use hydraulic system control tool post, greatly reducing the shear time and improved the precision of shearing, automated conveying mechanism in order to improve the automation of the shearing machine performance. In recent years, with the development of the mould and stamping technology, the application range of the shearing machine is constantly expanding, the number is constantly increasing, is expected in the near future, plate shears in the stamping with ratio of shearing machine will be bigger and bigger.
