第 PAGE 5页 摘 要 本次设计是水解塔第一预热器，是属于换热器中的一种。换热器的主要作用是使热量在高温流体与低温流体之间进行传递。从而使流体温度达到工艺过程规定的指标，以满足工艺上的需要。它在石油、化工、食品、动力以及其它许多部门都有着广泛的应用。目前应用最为广泛的是管壳式换热器，本课题详细介绍了固定管板式换热器的设计与制造过程。它以流体的物性参数和生产量及工艺要求为基础，通过计算和依据相应的系列标准确定了固定管板式换热器的基本型式。依据GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》和GB151-1999《管壳式换热器》等标准对换热器各零部件结构与强度进行设计。固定管板式换热器主要由外壳、封头、管板、拉杆、定距杆、折流板、法兰等部件组成。在加工制造方面，对各部件的加工，对管子与管板的连接、管孔的加工都提出了详细具体的要求。此外，还涉及到了固定管板式换热器的检验、安装、使用和维修方面的内容。 关键词：固定管板式换热器；管壳式换热器；管板；法兰；折流板 Abstract Heat exchangers are equipment primarily for transferring heat between hot and cold streams.Thus enables the streams temperature to the standard that technological process stipulates,satisfies the need in the craft.It has widespread application in the industries of petroleum、chemical、food、power as well as many other departments.At present,the most versatile and widely used exchanges are the shell-and-tube types.In this topic,it is introduced in detail about the design and manufacturing process of the stationary tubessheet exchangers.It is based on the stream naturel parameter and its productivity and the technological requirement,through calculating and according to the corresponding series standsrd ,then confirm the basic pattern of the stationary tubessheet exchanger. According to the standards of the GB151-1998 《Pressure vessel Made by Steel》 and the GB151-1999 《The shell-and-tube exchangers》,carrying on the design of the every spare parts structure and intensity of the hean exchanger.The stationary tubessheet exchangers is mainly formed by the shell,shell cover,tubesheet,tie rods and spacers, baffles, flange and so on. In the manufacturing process,we set the detailed and accueate requests in the manufacturing of the parts, the connecting of the pipe and the tubesheet ,the manufacturing of the cable channe. In addition,this topic also involves the contents of examination the installment,the using and the service of the stationary tubessheet exchangers.
