表示行为方式的状语从句常由as(依照...像....一样）, as if（正如...似乎...), as though(似乎...,好像....)just as（正如...)引导，多置于主句之后 ;;just as:正如...;as if和as though (1)两者用法相同，都表示“好像，仿佛”。 (2) as if和as though引导方式状语从句中 即可用陈述语气，表示与事实相符的情况; 也可用虚拟语气，表示可能性很小的或与事实不符的情况 。 e.g. ①It looks as if it is going to rain. ②The child talks as though he were a man. ;　 　 It looks as if the weather may pick up very soon. 看来天气很快就会好起来。（实现的可能性较大，谓语用陈述语气。） He acted as if he were brave 他装的好像很勇敢的样子（与现在事实相反，谓语用虚拟语气。） I feel as if I were floating on air 我感觉好像漂浮在空中一样（与现在事实相反，谓语用虚拟语气。） 　 ;as if / as though也可以引导一个分词短语、不定式短语或无动词短语， 例如： He stared at me as if seeing me for first time. 他目不转睛地看着我，就像第一次看见我似的。　;He cleared his throat as if to say something. 他清了清嗓子，像要说什么似的。 The waves dashed on the rocks as if in anger. 波涛冲击着岩石，好像很愤怒。 ;比较状语从句：;more...than (...比...更...)the more ...of ...（两者之中..比较....的）;“no+形容词/副词比较级+than”表示“和……一样不……”，相当于“neither……nor” ；对于两者的否定，用于两者比较 e.g. She is no more diligent than her sisters. =Neither she nor her sisters are diligent. ;not+形容词/副词比较级+than”表示“不像/不如...一样”。表示程度上的差异，是普通的比较级结构 e.g. She is not more diligent than her sisters =she is not as diligent as her sisters ;①He speaks Shanghai dialect no better than I. 他和我一样上海话说不好。 ②He doesn’t speak Shanghai dialect better than I. 他说上海话不比我说得好。 ③This fairy is no more interesting than that one 这个童话和那个一样没趣。 ④This fairy is not more interesting than that one 这个童话不如那个童话有趣。 ;“no more than﹢数词”表示一个确切的数字，意思是“只不过,仅仅”相当于“only”；具有感情色彩，含有“嫌少”的意思，不表示比较 如: ①It is no more than ten minutes' walk from the station to the hotel 从车站走到宾馆只有10分钟的路程 ;“not more than+数词”表示不超过相当于at most（至多，不超过）。客观的说明一个事实，没有感情色彩，不表示比较 ① It is not more than ten minutes’ walk from the station to the hotel. 从车站走到宾馆至
