运用AIS的船舶避碰新方法 【摘要】： AIS系统弥补了雷达及ARPA不能识别船舶、易产生假回波、出现盲区且受气象海况及地形影响较大的不足。同时还解决了VHF无线电话由于操作者语言表达和沟通中存在障碍造成的信息交换不畅。AIS系统作为一项新技术，一套新设备装备船舶后，为我们保障航运安全提供了更多的新措施。本文介绍了AIS系统的特点和实际应用情况，根据自己掌握的船舶避碰和有关AIS系统知识，结合自己的海上实践，着重论述了AIS系统为船舶避碰提供的新方法；针对 AIS系统在使用过程中还存在着一些问题和缺陷，提出使用AIS过程中应该注意的问题。希望通过本文的研究为船舶驾驶人员更好的应用AIS进行避碰提供有益的建议和指导，最终达到减少船舶碰撞事故，使航运更安全的目的。 【关键词】： AIS 船舶 避碰规则 碰撞危险 New method for ship collision avoidance after using AIS [Abstract] According to the requirements of IMO, ships sailing at sea have started to install automatic identification system (AIS). AIS system makes up of inadequate by radar and ARPA those the certain ship can not be identified, false echoes are liable to produce, blind sectors and be affected greatly by the weather, sea conditions and the terrain. Meanwhile, it solved the problem that VHF often gives poor information exchange because of the language and communication barriers by operators. As new equipment, AIS provide more new measures to ensure the maritime safety when it is equipped with, this paper focused on new methods about collision avoidance provided by AIS system. According to the writers knowledge about collision avoidance and AIS system of the ship collision avoidance and knowledge of the AIS system, with my own maritime practice, the experiences come out in the common practice by sea farewell and the scholar literatures and related information by experts, this paper focused on discussion of some viable new methods for collision avoidance in the new condition that AIS is equipped with. Firstly, this paper introduced some features and practical applications of the AIS system, on the basis with the research on the deficiencies of the existing navigational equipments, analyzed and discussed to find some viable new methods with AIS for collision avoidance. As a new technology and a set of new equipment, still there are some problems and deficiency in the use of AIS system, the paper analyzed them with the combination of practical experiences
