作者：杨云举（理学院06级应用物理学） 指导教师：童红（教授） 贵州民族学院毕业论文 PAGE ii PAGE i 霍尔效应综述 杨云举 摘要：本文主要叙述霍尔效应的原理，霍尔效应产生的条件，霍尔效应的几种副效应：厄廷豪森效应，能斯特效应，里纪—勒杜克效应，不等电势引起的电势差。通过霍尔效应实验测量霍尔元件的零位（不等位）电势和不等位电阻，测量霍尔电压与工作电流的关系，测量霍尔电压与励磁电流的关系，测量电磁铁气隙中磁感应强度的分布。从反常霍尔效应的背景、定义以及反常霍尔效应的发展前景作论述；通过整数霍尔效应论述、分数霍尔效应的论述，多方面地对霍尔效应的发展前景做了介绍。最后对霍尔元件的发展、用途做详细的介绍。 关键词：霍尔效应 霍尔效应副效应 反常霍尔效应 整数霍尔效应 分数霍尔效应 霍尔元件 Summary of Hall effect Yang Yunju Abstract: This article mainly narrates the Hall effect principle, the condition which the Hall effect produces, Hall effect several kind of vice-effects: The distress seat of monarchical government Howson effect, can the Si special effect be supposed, in the discipline - - Leduc effect, the equipotential not to cause potential difference. Surveys the Hall parts zero position through the Hall effect experiment (not equipotential line) the electric potential and not the equipotential line resistance, surveys the Hall voltage and the operating current relations, surveys the Hall voltage and the exciting current relations, surveys in the electro-magnet air gap the magnetic induction intensity distribution.
