摘 要 在经济全球化的时代，对外经济贸易一直以来都被认为是本国经济发展的发动机，并总是在国民经济中扮演着十分重要的角色。其通过技术、商品、服务及其他资源的国际间交换和流动，把一国与国际间的经济紧密联系起来，成为国民经济的重要组成部分；是拉动区域经济高效增长，增加地区财政收入，扩大社会就业，促进对外开放不可或缺的重要力量。而发展外向型经济与对外贸易关系极大,作为一种时代潮流和经济发展模式，深刻的影响了许多国家和地区的经济发展，甚至影响到一些国家和地区的政治、经济体制变革。 本文通过分析黑龙江省发展外向型经济与对策研究的相关理论，在此基础上，分析黑龙江省外向型经济发展存在的问题，提出黑龙江省外向型经济发展的对策，希望可以为相关领域的研究提供一定的借鉴。 关键词：经济全球化；对外经济贸易；外向型经济 ABSTRACT In the era of economic globalization, foreign trade has long been considered the country's economic development engine, and always in the national economy plays a very important role.
